Terms of Use

A practical baseline for using BetterBet responsibly: what the platform is, what it is not, and the rules that apply when you browse, subscribe, or post in the community.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BetterBet, including the Shared Flow web app, community features, analytics tools, odds comparisons, arbitrage views, and related services we make available online.

By creating an account, browsing the platform, or using any paid or free feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be legally permitted to use betting-related information services where you live and old enough to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure your use of BetterBet complies with local laws, regulations, and platform rules that apply to you.

BetterBet is a research and community platform, not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, broker, or financial advisor. We do not accept wagers, hold betting balances, or guarantee outcomes.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account, impersonate others, or try to access accounts or systems you do not have permission to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or that create risk for the platform, other users, data providers, or payment providers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or its data. That includes trying to scrape restricted areas, reverse engineer protected features, interfere with normal operation, bypass rate limits, resell access, or use the platform to harass, defame, spam, or mislead other users.

• Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not upload malware, automate abuse, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Do not use BetterBet to manipulate markets, promote fraud, or impersonate a sportsbook, bettor, or company.
• Do not copy or redistribute platform data beyond the rights we explicitly grant.

5. Odds, analytics, and third-party information

Odds, lines, limits, historical data, AI-generated analysis, and community commentary are provided for informational purposes only. Markets move quickly, books can differ by location or account, and any displayed edge, arbitrage figure, or projection can become inaccurate before you act on it.

You should always verify prices and rules directly with the sportsbook or source you intend to use. BetterBet is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, stale data, or decisions made in reliance on information shown on the platform.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and paid features

Some features are available only on paid plans. If you subscribe, you authorize the charges associated with the plan you selected and any applicable taxes. Billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and stored payment methods may be handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect, including any amounts already billed for the current period.

7. Community content and feedback

If you post picks, comments, reactions, profile information, or other content, you retain ownership of what you create, but you give BetterBet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and for any consequences that follow from sharing it. We may remove content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe creates legal, operational, or trust and safety risk.

8. Intellectual property

The BetterBet and Shared Flow brands, software, site design, original copy, visual elements, and platform-specific data presentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, we reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterBet disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not promise that the service will always be secure, error-free, profitable, suitable for your strategy, or available in every location or at every moment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterBet and its operators, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or betting losses arising out of or related to your use of the service.

If the law does not allow a full exclusion of liability, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

11. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, data sources, pricing, eligibility rules, or community tools. We may also update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will post the updated version with a new effective date.

If you continue using BetterBet after updated terms take effect, that continued use means you accept the revised terms.
